Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All our product photos are accurate representations of the actual items. However, slight variations in packaging may occur depending on batch or supplier updates.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a receipt via email. You can also access it through your account dashboard under “Order History”.

How can I return an item?

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earplugs, even if the packaging is unopened. Earplugs are classified as personal-use hygiene items, once they leave our facility, we cannot guarantee they remain sterile or unused.
